1. We have too much Arm dealers in our Gang. We need more drug dealers.

2. We needs at least 2 men at our HQ all the time.

3. We need more men online more times of the day.

4. we need groups to move together, instead of people going single.

5. we need our gang member to be lvl 2 and up, so if they are still lvl 1 they should lvl up fast.
